We started in 2024, but our cooking skills go back a lot further. My 20+ years as a cook motivated me to start a food truck, and after two decades of making other people's menus work, it was time to run one myself.
Yo soy de Oaxaca, and that is where the taqueria side comes from. The pupusas came from wanting to cook the food our Salvadoran neighbors grew up on, so both ended up on the same menu on purpose.
